Adani Electricity which supplies power from Bandra to Bhayender in the Western Suburbs and Chunabhatti to Mankhurd and Vikroli in the Eastern Suburbs has installed 2800 plus Flood lights across 153 Lord Ganesh idol immersion locations in 15 BMC wards during the ongoing Ganesh Festival. It has also kept Back up on standby at strategic locations and critical sites. Additionally, it has set up 80 flood lights around Mount Mary Church, Bandra to enhance the experience for worshippers/visitors during Mount Mary Fair, which is going on from September 08, 2024, and will end by September 15, 2024.
Speaking on the festive season, Adani Electricity spokesperson said, “During the festive season, Adani Electricity has kept its power warriors well equipped with all the required material and equipment and stationed them at strategic location to manage emergency during immersion days and Mount Mary Fair. We will ensure during the festive season; our customers and devotees / worshippers enjoy reliable and uninterrupted power supply.”
The spokesperson further said, “To facilitate a seamless experience for organizers, Adani Electricity streamlined the process to obtain temporary electricity connection within 48 hours of submitting their application. This year over one thousand Ganesh Pandals preferred Adani Electricity to Power a Safe and Joyous Celebration for Devotees.”
