A call for unity was made during the protest led by Sarva Hindu Samaj in Jaipur on Wednesday. The protest was held against the arrest of Chinmoy Krishna Das, the saint of ISKCON temple in Bangladesh and continuous oppression of the Hindu community there.Hundreds of people including saints, mahants, public representatives, youth, and women expressed their anger with slogans of Jai Shri Ram, Batenge To Katenge and Save Hindu in Bangladesh.
The leaders leading the protest said that the time has come to unite not to divide in the name of caste. All will have to come together and show the power of unity.

The protesters demanded that the Central Government should raise this serious issue in the United Nations and the Human Rights Council to find a solution and should ask the Bangladesh Government to take measures for the safety of Hindus living there.
A five—point memorandum demanding religious freedom of Hindus in Bangladesh was read out during the protest. This memorandum will be sent to the President of India, the Prime Minister and the Secretary General of the United Nations.
