Youth Went To In-Laws’ House 45 Days Ago, Reported Dead In Chhatarpur

Chhatarpur (Madhya Pradesh): A youth, who went to his in-laws’ house one and a half months ago, did not return home. The police came to know that he died two days ago.

Suspecting that he may have been murdered, his family members, who live in ward number 8 on Baihar Marg, submitted an application to the SP office, demanding an inquiry into the case.

The lawyer of the family Manoj Kushwaha said the youth, Vikky, was married to Rajni Kushwaha, resident of Budrak village under Maharajapur police station.

A few months ago, Rajni gave birth to a son, but her father Suresh Kushwaha came to Vikky’s house and took Rajni and son to Budrak without informing anyone about it.

One and a half months ago, Rajni called up Vikky, asking him meet her. Vikky told his family members that he would go to Budrak village.

When Vikky did not return home and his family members contacted his in-laws to know his whereabouts, they could not say anything about it. His relatives lodged a missing person complaint at the police station.

The Maharajpur police station in-charge informed Vikky’s family that he had died in a road accident. His bikes and other items were kept at the police station.

As soon as the family got to know about his death, they rushed to the police station. The police said the youth did not go missing, but he met with an accident.

Afterwards, he was referred to the Sagar hospital where he died. Because the police did not get any information about his death, his body was buried. The parents of Vikky suspected that Suresh and his son Anuj had murdered him and conspired to make appear as an accident. His family members demanded the police to inquire the case and hand over Vikky’s body.
