Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Bhopal Police have arrested five persons from Rajgarh district in Kolar kidnapping case. Deputy police commissioner Jitendra Singh Pawar told media persons on Sunday that resident Hemraj Parate (25) was kidnapped on December 6 by five men near Sarvadham Colony and taken to Rajgarh district in a car.
After the incident, the victim’s wife filed a complaint and told police that a few days back she got a call from her husband’s acquaintance Govind Purviya, who warned her to leave her husband and marry him, else he would kidnap her husband.
After kidnapping, her husband’s close friend Vinay got a call from Govind Purviya, who told him that he bought the victim to Biaora, Rajgarh, and warned him that if the victim’s wife does not come to him, he would kill the victim. After the incident, three police teams went to Biaora but Govind Purviya changed the car.
The police arrested Brijmohan Lodhi and Satish Sondhiya from the car, which was used for kidnapping. They told police that they were involved in kidnapping with Ravi Sondhiya, Arun Sen, Ghyanshaym Lodhi and Rahul Gujjar on the instructions of Satya Gujjar.
After kidnapping the victim, they handed him over to Govind Purviya near Rajgharh Bypass and Govind Purviya took the victim in another car to Rajgharh district.
The police then arrested Govind Purviya and Satya Gujjar and a man who acted as their informant in Bhopal, Vinay Singh. After the arrest, Govind Purviya told police that they left the victim near Beora bus stand and ran away fearing the police. Police are now searching for Ravi Sondhiya, Arun Sen, Ghanshayam Lodhi and Rahul Gujjar who were also involved in kidnapping.
