Two lovers from Philadelphia exchanged wedding rings at not their 20s or 30s but when they completed a century. 100-year-old Bernard Littman and 102-year-old Marjorie Fiterman married each other earlier this year in a special wedding ceremony in Pennsylvania’s largest city. Being the oldest couple to wed, Bernard and Marjorie set a world record with their with combined age of 202.
The love story of the couple is going viral on the internet after the two centenarians were recognised at the prestigious Guinness World Records on December 3. Their wedding took place this May, making the Philadelphia couple the oldest ones to marry.
