CLAT Results: Priya Dwivedi Becomes Bhopal Topper With AIR 124; Anirban Dutta At Second Place

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Priya Dwivedi topped in the city with AIR 124 in Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). Anirban Dutta secured the second place with AIR 135. The result of the exam for admission in prestigious law universities of the country was declared on Sunday.

The examination for admission in undergraduate and postgraduate courses was conducted by Consortium of National Law Universities at four centres in Bhopal on December 1, in which a total of 1567 students appeared for the examination.

Priya Dwivedi

Out of this, around 120 students have achieved success. Priya, who wants to become a judge after doing BA-LLB, said that this was her second attempt. Her Father Pawan Dwivedi is the vice principal in CM Rise School, Barkhedi whereas mother Rekha Dwivedi is a teacher in a government school.  She came to Bhopal from West Bengal for preparation.

Anirban Dutta

There is no one in her family in the profession till now. She is the first one. Admission in NLSIU, Bangalore or NALSAR, Hyderabad will be her priority.

Anirban, who came to Bhopal from Durgapur, West Bengal for CLAT preparation said that for admission, NALSAR Hyderabad and NLSIU, Bangalore are his priority. His father Kartik Dutta is a treasury officer in West Bengal and mother Indrani Dutta is a homemaker. 

After taking admission in LLB, he will get more information about this field and after completing his studies, he will prepare for UPSC or practice law, he said.
