ACS Anupam Rajan Urges Timely Completion Of Quality Development Works; Reviews Indore Division Progress

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Additional chief secretary Anupam Rajan has instructed the officials to complete various development works with full quality within the time limit by focusing on quality compliance. He asked the officials to be helpful in implementing the development works at the field level within the time limit with better coordination between the district and state level.

He was addressing a coordination meeting held on Friday with the public representatives and officials of Indore division regarding development works. Minister Nagar Singh Chouhan was specially present in the meeting. Divisional commissioner Deepak Singh, police commissioner Santosh Kumar Singh, IG Anurag, various district collectors of the division, MLAs Ramesh Mendola, Malini Gaud, Usha Thakur, Madhu Verma and MLAs from the region were also present.

Discussing law and order situation, the public representatives talked about strict action on illegal sale of drugs in the city, special efforts to improve the traffic of the city and special action to control crime. Police commissioner Singh and Indore Range IG Anurag informed about the arrangements made for security arrangements.In the meeting, pending cases under the Forest Protection Act 1980 were reviewed and instructions were given regarding necessary action for their resolution.

Development works reviewed

Under the compliance summary report, instructions were given to work on priority on 99 points of partially complete compliance out of a total of 344 points in the division. In the meeting, while reviewing the progress of land acquisition proceedings for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Jal Jeevan Mission, various road and rail routes, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, progress of development works of infrastructure item, progress of construction of newly approved schools and colleges was reviewed and instructions were given to complete the works on time.

2892 camps to be organised under CM Jan Kalyan Abhiyan

Chief Minister Jan Kalyan Abhiyan is being organised at the state level under the guidance of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav. In the meeting, preparations and organisation of the campaign were reviewed district wise. Camps will be organised at the ward level in the Gram Panchayat and urban areas in all the districts of Indore division at 2892 places.
