Alot (Madhya Pradesh): Former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh, on Saturday, reached Alot and held a press conference, demanding justice for deceased warehouse manager RD Sharma. Singh visited the town after he received a letter from Shrishti Sharma, daughter of the deceased.

In her letter to Singh, Shrishti said that her father had been mentally harassed for the last one year by warehouse owners Rajesh Parmar and Manoj Kala. She also requested the police and local administration to take stringent measures against the culprits and arrest them.

Singh said that RD Sharma was being constantly pressurised which reinforced him to take his own life. The deceased was under pressure to deposit 20 lakh from his funds. He alleged that the BJP is protecting the accused.
