This hand gesture has always been a topic of discussion since many celebrities, politicians and personalities have been spotted making this gesture while attending public events or addressing a crowd. Recently, Barron Trump, son of Donald Trump was seen standing with this gesture at the swearing in ceremony of his father. This fuelled yet another conversation as to what this hand gesture exactly means and how it helps an individual.
Netizens and controversies created around this gesture suggested that this is an Illuminati sign and that they’re all followers of it but in Diljit Dosanjh explained what the gesture is truly called. During his Sydney concert in 2023, he cleared all the doubts. “This is crown Chakra, not Illuminati. After 2020, I am above all this, found peace in Crown Chakra. Internet ko masala chahiye, sirf isliye ye rumors hai,” he said. Well, this is not only the crown chakra but this is a mudra called the ‘Hakini Mudra’

What is Hakini Mudra?
This mudra has its origins in ancient yogic traditions and is strongly related to the Ajna (third-eye) chakra, which is in charge of intelligence, insight, and intuition. One can use Hakini Mudra to enhance focus, memory, and emotional equilibrium by using the mind’s power.
Named for the goddess Hakini, who is revered for her wisdom and her association with the third-eye chakra, which is situated between the eyebrows, Hakini Mudra was created. Hakini Mudra is especially useful for improving mental clarity and cognitive function because this chakra is important for intuition and intellect.
The five elements-earth, water, fire, air, and space-are symbolised by the five fingers of the Hakini Mudra in yoga. These components are said to activate the brain and improve mental and psychic powers when the fingers come together.
This hand gesture is called the Hakini Mudra.
In Hinduism ️, it means ‘power up’. Most people confuse it with a Masonic symbol known as ‘Master’s Grip’ or ‘Grand Hailing Sign of Distress’, but it is NOT from Freemasonry.

Why is this symbol so famous?
In honor of former German Chancellor Angela Markel, it is often referred to as the Triangle of Power or the Markel Diamond. A few of Angela Merkel’s justifications for the employment of the hand gesture, often referred to as the Merkelizer or the “Merkel-Raute,” included her appreciation of symmetry and a solution to the conundrum of what one should do with one’s hands when speaking. She added that it was an orthopedic tool for back alignment. This symbol got so famous that it has its won wikipedia page.
When they sit down to speak, many other celebrities do the same hand gesture. Christiano Ronaldo, Elon Musk, Donald Trump, Andrew Tate, Vladimir Putin, and Matt Serra are among the well-known individuals on the list.
