Elvish Yadav is one of the most YouTubers, and he became a household name after his stint in Bigg Boss OTT season 2. Elvish won the show, and became very famous, but soon got embroiled in controversy. Last year, the YouTuber was arrested in the snake venom-rave party case. He faced a case under the Wildlife Act in Noida for arranging snake venom at rave parties.
Now, reportedly, a fresh FIR has been filed against Elvish by Saurabh Gupta, a PFA activist for alleged threats, stalking and murder conspiracy by the YouTuber and his associates. According to reports, the activist has accused that Elvish came outside his house, followed his vehicle and also entered his society by using a fake identity. In his complaint, he has stated that Elvish could murder him and his brother in a road accident.
Gupta has also accused Elvish and his supporter for spreading fake news about him and his family after the case was filed. He has reportedly claimed that videos are being shared showing him, his brother and the Noida Police conspiring against Elvish. As the complainant was facing harassment he deactivated his Facebook account.
The compliant also mentions about a video shared by Elvish in which the YouTuber has threatened to kidnap and kill Gupta.
