The IC3 Movement has announced the 2025 IC3 Regional Forums, a global initiative aimed at improving student mental health and providing quality career counseling resources. Covering over 30 cities across 15+ countries, including key regions in India, the forums will run over the next 180-200 days.
The initiative begins at Delhi Public School Panvel, Navi Mumbai, and aims to address grassroots challenges faced by students and teachers. Spanning 12+ states in India, the forums are expected to engage over 4,000 schools, fostering awareness about holistic career counseling practices and emphasising “Counseling as a Culture.” The approach integrates counseling into daily educational experiences, moving beyond sporadic sessions.
The regional forums adopt a “glocal” approach, combining global insights with local relevance. They aim to provide professional development opportunities, foster collaboration among school counselors and university representatives, and address evolving education challenges. Topics include student well-being, career planning, and the role of counseling in modern education systems.
Ganesh Kohli, Founder of the IC3 Movement, highlighted the mission to ensure every student, irrespective of socio-economic background or gender, has access to quality counseling for holistic development. Dr. Nirav Patel of Navrachana University added that the forums provide a vital platform to prioritise students’ academic, emotional, and social well-being.
Through these conversations, the IC3 Regional Forums aspire to create an inclusive, counseling-centered educational ecosystem worldwide.
