Saturday, January 25, turned out to be a memorable day. The fruits of success and the goodwill earned over a rich legacy of 24 years were shared over a heartfelt lunch with the labourers, who are rightfully referred to as Mahalaxmi Group’s ‘workforce’. After all, Mahalaxmi Group believes them to be the pillars of strength, and this lunch was a small token of gratitude for their significant contribution to Mahalaxmi Group’s inspiring journey of shaping dreams and homes.
The event was attended by Manoj Gupta, MD of Mahalaxmi Group, Virendra Gupta, Sheetal Gupta, Rahil Gupta, Tanvi Gupta, and 1,260 labourers. On this occasion, Manoj Gupta reiterated his commitment to building dreams. He said, “At Mahalaxmi Group, building dreams is not just about our customers, growth partners, or vendors; it is also about our workforce. It has been our constant endeavour to ensure their contributions are appreciated and rewarded so that no dream is wishful thinking for them.”
