Indore Development Authority To Offer 25 Prime Plots Worth ₹11,000 Cr At Global Investors Summit

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): The Indore Development Authority (IDA) is set to showcase and sell 25 prime plots at the upcoming Global Investors Summit in Bhopal. These plots, located on the Super Corridor, are expected to attract investment worth Rs 11,000 crore. The official list of these plots has already been prepared, and IDA is gearing up to present them to investors. The Global Investors Summit, organised by the Madhya Pradesh government, is witnessing an accelerated pace of preparation. This summit aims to bring together industrialists and investors, providing them with lucrative opportunities to invest in the state’s growing economy.

Indore, being a prominent commercial hub, has been actively involved in such initiatives, and IDA is taking strategic steps to ensure maximum investor participation, said IDA officials. Officials said that the Super Corridor has emerged as one of the most sought-after locations for investment, offering both commercial and residential opportunities. IDA has selected 28 high-value plots, covering approximately 49 hectares, to be offered at the summit. Out of these, 25 plots will be made available for sale during the event. The plots are strategically located, catering to diverse investment needs, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

A major highlight of the summit will be the proposal for a start-up park, aimed at fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in the region. Investors interested in developing the start-up park will be encouraged to submit their proposals. The presence of such initiatives aligns with the state’s vision of promoting business-friendly infrastructure and attracting new ventures.

The Global Investors Summit is anticipated to attract a large number of investors, including representatives from multinational companies, domestic business houses, and startups. Given the rapid development of Indore’s Super Corridor, the interest in these plots is expected to be significant. The Madhya Pradesh government has been actively promoting investment-friendly policies, making it easier for businesses to set up operations in the state.

IDA’s chief executive officer Ram Prakash Ahirwar, along with officials from the Urban Administration Department has confirmed that the plots’ details have been finalised. The authority is now preparing to aggressively market these plots, ensuring that investors are well-informed about their potential benefits.

With just a few days left for the summit, IDA is leaving no stone unturned in its preparations. The focus remains on positioning Indore as a leading investment destination, leveraging the summit as a platform to drive economic growth and urban expansion, said IDA officials.
