Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) is actively preparing for its postgraduate (PG) semester exams scheduled between April and May. The university has begun the online application process for students with the deadline set for March 31.
Colleges have been instructed to coordinate with both regular and non-colligate students to ensure a smooth examination process.
As per information, around 40,000 students will appear for the exams. The fourth-semester exams for MA, MCom, MSc and other PG courses will commence on April 17 and will be completed within 20 days.
Following this, the second semester exams will begin on May 11. The breakdown of students includes 12,000 for MCom, 13,000 for MA, 8,000 for MSc and 7000 from other PG courses. To conduct the exams efficiently, the university will establish more than 60 exam centres across various locations.
Besides, flying squads have been formed to monitor the exam process and maintain fairness. Exam controller Dr Ashesh Tiwari confirmed that the detailed timetable will be released in the coming days.
Late fees for delayed submission Students can submit their exam forms without late fee till March 31.
However, late submissions will incur additional charges. The university will charge Rs 100 extra if forms are submitted on April 1-2; the late fee amount will reach Rs 750 on April 3-4 and Rs 1,000 if forms were submitted between Apirl 5-12.
