A few days ago, Manoj Santoshi, the writer of the famous TV show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain made it to the headlines as he was suffering from liver cancer and was facing financial issues. Shilpa Shinde, who earlier played the lead role in the show, was taking care of the finances for the treatment. On Monday, we got the sad news that Manoj has passed away, and now, Shilpa has alleged that the writer died due to medical negligence.
While talking to Times Now, the actress revealed that she came to Mumbai for two days (from Secunderabad) for her work, and there was medical negligence because no one was there with Manoj. She further called it a ‘ghatiya business’.
Shilpa Calls Hospital A ‘Ghatiya Business’
Shilpa said, “Main to chhote shabdon me kahungi ki bohot ghatiya business hai. Paise kamane ka bohot acha business hai hospital. Mare hue insaan ka bhi dialysis kar rahe hain! Ye complete doctor ki laparwahi hai. KIMS, Secunderabad Hospital hai, jahan pe liver transplant hota hai. Aur pata nahi, doctors wahan pe hain ya hajjam hai, I don’t know (In short, it is a shoddy business. Hospital is a good business to earn money. They do dialysis of a dead person as well. This is completely doctor’s negligence. Liver transplant happens at KIMS, Secunderabad Hospital, and I don’t know if they are doctors or barbers).”
The actress further stated that after she came to Mumbai, she got a call that the organ has been arranged for Manoj. Shilpa said that she was so happy that she couldn’t sleep that night, and as the Maayka actress was handling the payment, she thought that she has to deposit the amount. However, in the morning 6, she got a call that Manoj has gone into coma.
The Bigg Boss 11 winner further told the portal, “Surgery ke liye anti stomach aur anaesthesia ke liye jo hota hai na, raat ko hi sab kuchh bannd kar diya. Jo liver ke liye diya jata hai, wo bhi saara leak ho gaya. Sister ne bola sorry to maine kaha ‘what sorry’!“
Shilpa Claims Dialysis Was Done Even After Manoj’s Demise
Shilpa flew there and when she reached, the actress was informed that due to liver, kidney has been damaged. “I asked if they wanted his kidney, thinking there’s no family for him. They were doing his dialysis to show me, but I could clearly see that he is no more. It is a case of negligence and theft, and I’m it’s living proof! And it’s their bad luck that I’m here. I’m speaking up because it happens with too many people,” the 47-year-old actress added.
