Mumbai’s First: This newly launched pathway signifies the city’s inaugural elevated forest nature trail. Influenced by Singapore: The design draws inspiration from Singapore’s ‘Tree Top Walk’, closely mirroring the Macritchie Treetop Walk Trailhead.Enhanced Journey: The 705-meter-long path includes an elevated wooden boardwalk upheld by steel supports, enabling guests to stroll through the treetops while preserving the ground’s vegetation.Biodiversity Hotspot: The pathway features more than 100 plant species and draws numerous birds and small reptiles.Picturesque Vistas: An important aspect is the ‘Sea Viewing Deck’ that provides sweeping views of Mumbai’s shoreline and Girgaon Chowpatty.Distinct Characteristics: The path features a birdwatching zone and a glass-bottom observation deck for a distinctive view of the forest underneath.Located in Malabar Hill, connecting Kamala Nehru Park with Doongerwadi woods, the site is accessible via Siri Road. Open daily from 5 AM to 9 PM, admission is INR 25 for Indians and INR 100 for international visitors. Reservations can be made online; visitor limit is 200 per hour. Eating is prohibited
