The police confiscated contraband valued at ₹11.08 crore, comprising 22.86 kg of MD, along with raw materials and manufacturing equipment.

A subsequent search of his apartment revealed chemicals and drug-manufacturing equipment. Police also found a fake passport but no visa or rental agreement.

Additionally, a key to another flat in the building was found, which contained more raw materials for MD production. This second flat was reportedly occupied by another Nigerian, Igvenuba Chimaobi, who is now being pursued by authorities.

Raymond, present in Mumbai since 2014 with a previous narcotics-related case, claimed he was in India on a tourist visa and worked in television. The ANC has transferred him to Waliv police for further inquiries, including investigating the source of his materials and the flat owners where he operated.
