Bihar Home Guard Recruitment 2025: Today, April 16, 2025, is the last day to apply online for the 15,000 Home Guard positions in Bihar. To be considered for the selection process, candidates must submit their applications before the deadline. As part of the hiring process, qualified applicants will take a demanding physical efficiency exam (PET) after completing the application phase.

The goal of the recruiting campaign is to fill 15,000 Home Guard positions in 37 Bihar districts.

Male candidates:

– Run 1600 metres in 6 minutes

Female candidates:

– Run 800 metres in 5 minutes

Bihar Home Guard Recruitment 2025: Height & Chest Requirements:

Male candidates:

– Minimum height: 5 feet 4 inches (162.56 cm)

– Chest (without expansion): 31 inches (79 cm)

Female candidates:

– Minimum height: 5 feet 1 inch (157.5 cm)

Bihar Home Guard Recruitment 2025: Application fees

Candidates from General, Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Backward Class (including third gender), and Extremely Backward Class categories need to pay a fee of ₹200.

Applicants from Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and all female categories are required to pay a fee of ₹100.

The application fee must be paid online only.
