Disha Salian Death Case: Bombay High Court Issues Show Cause Notice To Advocate Nilesh Ojha Over Allegations Against Sitting HC Judge & Former Chief Justice

Mumbai: The Bombay High Court today issued a show cause notice to advocate Nilesh Ojha on April 8, representing Disha Salian’s father, stating why contempt action should not be initiated against him for making allegations against a sitting HC judge and a former HC chief justice.

A special 5-judge bench was constituted after it was brought to the notice of the Bombay High Court that Advocate Nilesh Ojha, representing Disha Salian’s father, had made scandalous allegations against a sitting HC judge and former HC chief justice.

Bombay High Court further directed YouTube and a media organisation to remove video clips of the press conference where Advocate Nilesh Ojha made the allegations.

Disha Salian Case Recent Update

In a recent update to the Disha Salian case, advocate Nilesh Ojha, representing her father Satish Salian, has claimed that Disha did not commit suicide, nor did she die accidentally. Instead, she was brutally murdered after being subjected to gang-rape by a politician, his friends and bodyguards.
